Thank you for choosing GroWork. We are committed to providing quality service and transparency. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Free Trial
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period.
- Charges begin only after trial period.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the trial ends.
2. Monthly Subscription
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed.
- No partial refunds for unused time or early termination.
3. Annual Subscription
- You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of payment.
- Refund eligibility requires that the system has not been fully utilised (e.g., bulk data upload or full module use).
- No refunds after the 14-day period.
4. Setup, Training & Customisation Fees
Charges for onboarding, training, or custom module development are non-refundable once the service has started.
5. Service Downtime
- If service disruption exceeds 3 business days due to our system, a pro-rated credit may be offered upon review.
- Submit a written request for consideration.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@growork.com with:
- Your account details
- Payment date, Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any other information that may help us process your request
7. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) and relevant Malaysian regulations.
